3. As with any investment yields and capital values can go down as well as up.
4. MRA do not guarantee rental incomes or post refurbishment values in any way and ongoing maintenance costs may be incurred in the future.
5. MRA Property Investments Ltd are not financial advisors. We act as an agent sourcing, maintaining, letting and managing residential properties on behalf of investor clients.
6. Mortgages are subject to status and availability.
7. Your property is at risk if payments are not maintained.
8. The website does not constitute a prospectus as defined by the Prospectus Regulations 2005 and has not been collated as such a prospectus.
9. Investing in property is something that must be considered carefully. You are advised to seek independent investment advice before entering into any purchase agreement or crowdfunding group.
